We are pleased to report that the defective drive in the db10 database server has being replaced. The RAID10 array has successfully rebuilt the mirror drive and its is operating normally.

Backups
Database backups start at 04:10 AM UTC, and last for a few minutes. During this period you may notice a slowdown in the service.
Testing Connectivity
If you are having problems accessing the service you can try to do a ping or traceroute to the domain of your account and email us the results.
SPF Record
To set your domain's SPF record, you should have access to your domain's DNS settings. On your DNS resource, publish the following TXT record: v=spf1 include:spf1.replygrid.net ~all
