Due to a Texas data center network issue, the service was not accessible between 11:14 AM EST and 11:32 AM EST. The NOC team is investigating the root cause of the problem and will post an update when new information is available.

The problem was traced to a software failure in several of the routers of the data center. The NOC team is working with the vendor to ensure such a failure does not happen in the future.

Database backups start at 04:10 AM UTC, and last for a few minutes. During this period you may notice a slowdown in the service.
Testing Connectivity
If you are having problems accessing the service you can try to do a ping or traceroute to the domain of your account and email us the results.
SPF Record
To set your domain's SPF record, you should have access to your domain's DNS settings. On your DNS resource, publish the following TXT record: v=spf1 include:spf1.replygrid.net ~all
