Full connectivity has been restored. The service is operating normally. As soon as data center provides an explanation for the outage we will update this message.
The data center has identified the problem that caused the outrage as an obscure bug in some of their routing equipment. The vendor of the equipment has corrected the bug, and the data center has developed a mitigation strategy for this not to occur again.
