At 18:00 UTC a routine update to the web server operating system was rolled out, which caused the mail reading loops to stop processing. We where alerted to the problem at 19:30 UTC and corrected the problem shortly after.

Database backups start at 04:10 AM UTC, and last for a few minutes. During this period you may notice a slowdown in the service.
Testing Connectivity
If you are having problems accessing the service you can try to do a ping or traceroute to the domain of your account and email us the results.
