Service is operating normally again. The issue was related to the from end web server running out of capacity due to an unchecked process. We have added extra checks to prevent this from happening again, and will be adding extra capacity to the region in the near future.

Database backups start at 04:10 AM UTC, and last for a few minutes. During this period you may notice a slowdown in the service.
Testing Connectivity
If you are having problems accessing the service you can try to do a ping or traceroute to the domain of your account and email us the results.
SPF Record
To set your domain's SPF record, you should have access to your domain's DNS settings. On your DNS resource, publish the following TXT record: v=spf1 include:spf1.replygrid.net ~all
