ChannelAdvisor Integration: System Maintenance Friday, September 12 & 13
The ChannelAdvisor Complete application will undergo scheduled maintenance on Friday, September 12, which will take up to 2 hours to complete.
The maintenance will begin as follows:
Europe - Saturday, September 13 at 3:00 a.m. GMT
US/Americas – Friday, September 12 at 10:00 p.m. ET
Australia – Saturday, September 13 at 12:00 p.m. ET
During this time, ReplyManager customers using the ChannelAdvisor integration feature may notice the following error message: “Problem Reading One or More Accounts”
No action needs to be done in ReplyManager. The alert will reset itself once ChannelAdvisor is back online.

Backups
Database backups start at 04:10 AM UTC, and last for a few minutes. During this period you may notice a slowdown in the service.
Testing Connectivity
If you are having problems accessing the service you can try to do a ping or traceroute to the domain of your account and email us the results.
SPF Record
To set your domain's SPF record, you should have access to your domain's DNS settings. On your DNS resource, publish the following TXT record: v=spf1 include:spf1.replygrid.net ~all
