One of your database servers is having problems accessing the disk storage subsystem. Data center is troubleshooting the problem.

This problem has only affected instances in the db12 database server.
The problem is related to the performance of the storage system during the backup window. Data center has been monitoring the volume and working on improving the performance.

Backups
Database backups start at 04:10 AM UTC, and last for a few minutes. During this period you may notice a slowdown in the service.
Testing Connectivity
If you are having problems accessing the service you can try to do a ping or traceroute to the domain of your account and email us the results.
SPF Record
To set your domain's SPF record, you should have access to your domain's DNS settings. On your DNS resource, publish the following TXT record: v=spf1 include:spf1.replygrid.net ~all
